Meet our Executive Team.
Jon has a unique background in project management cultivated over his 30 years of industry experience. He was the co-founder of Strategic Building Solutions (SBS), an industry leader in project management in the Northeast for two decades. He joined Colliers through the acquisition of SBS and has spearheaded the growth of Colliers Project Leaders USA in key markets from Boston and New York to Washington, D.C.
Marc leads overall service delivery, quality control, and management for building projects throughout the Northeast. He has more than 25 years of experience providing project management services within the construction and renovation industry. As one of our LEED Accredited Professionals, Marc supports LEED projects bringing a sustainable approach to the construction process.
Joseph Naughton AIA, LEED AP, MCPPO
Managing Director, Northern New England
Based in our Boston office, Joe leads the Colliers Project Leaders team throughout Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine served by our offices in Boston and Agawam. Joe has more than 30 years of experience in owner’s project management services guiding large scale construction and design projects across multiple sectors. He is an expert in meeting client objectives through lean thinking and supply chain management.
Leading our New York City office operations, Joe is focused on continuing to grow our presence in the New York metro area while simultaneously leading our healthcare and life sciences practice in the region. Prior to Colliers, Joe served as Vice President, Capital Project & Facility Services, for Northwell Health for which he oversaw the execution of all capital projects across approximately 20 New York-area hospitals.
With over 30 years of local experience, Dana leads the Colliers Project Leaders presence in Southern California based out of our Los Angeles office. Dana specializes in tenant build-outs, ground-up office, industrial-warehouse, and large scale building renovations. With a background in architecture, Dana excels at project team formation and management, risk management, cost control, and timely project execution.
Evan leads our Commissioning & Energy Services team of experienced engineers and commissioning specialists. He is a Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in commissioning and energy management services. Evan is an active member of the commissioning industry and currently serves on the Building Commissioning Certification Board.
Sharon provides senior leadership for all aspects of the firm’s internal operations including finance, IT, HR, and administration. She is responsible for developing and overseeing systems to support, measure, and ultimately improve productivity and financial performance. With over 30 years of financial and accounting experience, Sharon plays a key role in the management and growth of Colliers Project Leaders.
