NEW YORK, NY – September 23, 2019 – Colliers Project Leaders USA is pleased to announce the promotion of industry veteran Joe Bolano to Managing Director of the firm’s New York City practice. In this expanded role, Bolano will assume a pivotal leadership position focused on continuing to grow the Project Leaders USA footprint in the New York City metro area. In addition to providing operational leadership for the New York City office, Bolano will continue to lead the firm’s healthcare practice across the Northeast region.

Bolano brings a proven track record of successful and long-standing client relationships in the New York-area construction and real estate market. Previously, he was Regional Director of Healthcare and Life Sciences, overseeing the growth of Colliers Project Leader’s healthcare sector in New England, the New York City metro area and the Mid-Atlantic.
