Colliers Project Leaders provided project management services during the construction of a new residential development located on East 22nd Street between Park Avenue and Broadway.

This new luxury high-rise encompasses 223,000 square feet with 90 residential condominium units on fifty-eight floors and also includes two cellar levels, three levels of amenity spaces, and a garden.
