The Jumeirah Group has selected MHPM_Driver to manage the refurbishment of the Arboretum and to update equipment, HVAC, ventilation and finishes in the main kitchen. The upgrades are intended to give the world-class dining facilities a new appeal to both hotel guests and visitors. Our team led several workshops with the consultants, F&B managers, chefs, hotel general manager and engineering team, to develop the project brief, validate the brief against the set budget, create the project roadmap including the procurement strategy. We developed a workable programme, as well as stakeholder, communication, and risk management plans.
