Strategic campus facility planning & assessment.

Colliers Project Leaders provided strategic planning and a facilities conditions assessment of Babson College’s 64 campus buildings totaling approximately 1.8 Million gross square feet.

Elements within the focus of the assessment included exterior systems; interior construction/finishes; elevators; foundations; moisture control health, fire and life safety systems; ADA requirements; HVAC systems; air handlers & distribution ductwork; boilers, heat exchanger, pumps; plumbing; electrical service and distribution systems; fire detection, suppression and sprinkler systems; emergency power systems; telecommunications; infrastructure; paving systems; site features; outdoor athletic facilities; energy efficiency observations; and, code compliance.
