Berglass + Associates hired Colliers Project Leaders to lead their office renovation on the 16th floor at 655 Madison Avenue.

The new design incorporates a modern and clean aesthetic to meet the evolving needs of the firm’s executive clientele.

Colliers worked closely with the Senior Principle on all decisions due to the level of design and attention to detail required for the project. The client was well-informed of all details throughout the project, including Colliers’ management of project costs, which was critical to the success of the overall project.

Delicacy was required for the integration of the audio/visual (AV) system, which warranted confidentiality, extensive coordination and considerable attention to detail. A hands-on approach with stakeholders to identify key requirements aided in the success of the AV system integration. The result is an interactive and technologically focused environment that allows Berglass + Associates to work seamlessly with their remote clients.
