Beth Israel Deaconess Milton Hospital

Three-phase hospital renovation project.

Colliers Project Leaders provided project management services to Beth Israel Deaconess Milton Hospital in the town of Milton, MA. The planned project consisted of approximately 11,100 GSF of area to be renovated within the existing hospital. The three-phase project consisted of Occupational Therapy / Physical Therapy rehabilitation space, a 12-bed inpatient unit, and the conversion of an existing minor procedure room into an operating room.

the team were challenged to complete the multiphase renovations despite the hospital remaining fully operational throughout the duration of the project. An additional enabling project that involved the relocation of other services offsite, such as Occupational Health, was required to be executed in order to complete this project.

The architect/engineer and the construction manager (CM) were not retained yet when Colliers Project Leaders was engaged and our team managed a complete RFP process to on board the right consultants in time to ensure a timely delivery of the planned scope of work.
