Boston Properties Retail Projects

Total building commissioning services for multiple retail projects.

Colliers Project Leaders was engaged by real estate developer Boston Properties to provide commissioning services for multiple retail projects including:

• 10 CityPoint: 245,000 square foot mixed-use development offering street level retail and high-performance office space.
• The Stack 99 Third Avenue: LEED Core & Shell Commissioning services for the 16,000 square foot retail building The Stack.

We provided integrated commissioning services in accordance with LEED EA Prerequisite 1, Fundamental Commissioning and EA Credit 3, Enhanced Commissioning from the design phase through the warranty phase. In the role of commissioning agent, Colliers coordinated the functions of system documentation, equipment start-up, control system calibrations, testing and balancing, performance testing, and training. Colliers also verified that all commissioning procedures were completed in accordance with LEED Certification Requirements.

In addition, we have provided commissioning services for the Class A Office Building Reservoir Place North 170 Tracer Lane and the single-tenant office building at 1265 Main Street.
