Prominent gateway to the University.

Colliers Project Leaders provided commissioning services for Clark University’s new Alumni and Student Engagement Center. This new building gives Clark University a prominent Main Street presence that serves as a gateway to the University and the neighborhood.

The $23.8 Million building houses student services, while offering flexible learning and recreation space for students. The four-story building encompasses 35,000 gsf and has solar panels on the roof.

As commissioning agent, Colliers verified that the building’s systems and equipment met the functional needs of the staff and students as well as the goals of the University.
