Our team was hired during the tender review to complete a Bid Document Review™ to advise on constructability of the design and highlight areas of concern for improvement. Following the review, we provided project management services for the duration of the project. Our team led project controls including schedule, budget, risk, and quality, while coordinating various project team members and stakeholders. We supported the project through the tender process and reported to the Ministry as required. Throughout the construction phase, our team monitored progress, performed site verifications, led meetings, and maintained Change Orders.
