Farrel Pomini Corporation Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility

Development of a new manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters.

Colliers Project Leaders provided the Farrel Pomini Corporation with a program review of existing office building and manufacturing building space (encompassing over 182,000 square feet) to develop planning options and renovation budgets, evaluation of energy conservation opportunities, and evaluation and planning of relocation options including the purchase and renovation of an existing building or construction of a new facility.

The decision was made to pursue a build-to-suit facility through a developer partnership. The new facility is approximately 60,000 square feet with 40,000 dedicated to storage, assembly, manufacturing, repair, and shipping with the remainder for R&D and other related business functions.

Colliers Project Leaders served throughout the project as the lead technical resource, owner's representative, and energy consultant.
