Exceeding expectations to add value.

Emirates REIT engaged MHPM_Driver to lead the project delivery, and act as the point of contact. The current space required reconfiguration of Back of House areas, landscaped areas, and plant rooms in order to increase the efficiency and utilization of the space. The reconfiguration required careful consideration of the impact on remaining building services, structure, health and safety, and stakeholder approval. MHPM_Driver integrated the retail mix-design, retail marketing, and leasing work into the master programme to ensure that the redeveloped space was appropriate and that the design and construction exceed the expectations of Emirates REIT’s clients and investors. MHPM_Driver represented and advised Emirates REIT on all phases of the project including planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out. Our responsibilities included managing the consultant teams, stakeholder and authorities’ management, programme management, budget development, cost monitoring, risk management, design management, and oversight during construction, tenant fit-outs, and close-out.
