Since its initial occupancy, the project has stood as one of the best performing luxury residential condominium projects in the city in terms of home price-points and per-square-foot sales values.

Upon selection by Boston Properties as the developer of the site, InterCapital engaged Colliers Project Leaders to act as the overall Development Manager for the project. In this capacity, Colliers led the design, financing, construction, marketing, and technical consultant teams to implement the project on behalf of InterCapital Partners, Ltd. The project was successfully completed and exhibited strong sales and resales.
