Spread over 22,000 sqm, the state of the art Kartzone facility offers different configurations for adult and junior drivers and will host international races in future. Next to the track modified steel containers provide waiting areas, kart storage and maintenance workshop, fuel bay, an elevated open viewing deck and a race control unit. MHPM_Driver was retained as the project management consultant on this fast track project. With only 4 months from concept design to delivery our team undertook design management, procurement strategy, value engineering, construction management, contract administration, programme and risk management, budgeting and cost tracking.
