Colliers Project Leaders was engaged as the development manager and Owner’s Project Manager for the addition and renovation project to the Marriot Residence Inn Seaport.

The Marriott Residence Inn Seaport is a 103,000 square foot, 120-key Marriott Residence Inn located in the historic Fort Point Channel district of Boston. Consisting of a National Park Service certified historic rehabilitation of and addition to the circa 1901 Stillings Building, the project provides guests with the latest in-room amenities and information technology infrastructure within a richly detailed brick-and-beam historic building just two blocks from the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and a five-minute walk to the Financial District.
