Sacred Heart University New Jorge Bergoglio Residence Hall

Various OPM projects including new residence hall.

Colliers Project Leaders provided project management services for the New Jorge Bergoglio Residence Hall at Sacred Heart University. The new 87,000 square foot, 216-bed residence hall houses common areas, including a lobby, lounge, and fitness room, along with student bedrooms on the first floor, while the second and third floors will contain mostly bedrooms.

In our role as project manager, we were responsible for providing on-site construction quality control surveys, coordinating construction activities, and monitoring and reporting the financial status of the project.

We also provided project management services for the Linda McMahon Student Commons, the Schine Auditorium & Ryan-Matura Library, the Center for Healthcare Education, and the Martire Business & Communications Center.
