Transitioning safe communities.

In addition to the FF&E services, we provided Transition Planning services for the existing inventory, including move coordination from several small existing facilities. Our team developed schedules and teams including Ministry of Attorney General Steering Committees, Transition Planners, and Project Managers which were accountable to the Project-Co team. This fast-paced project made it imperative that our team tended to all responsibilities effectively.
