Sunniva Medical Cannabis Facility

Two phase medical cannabis cultivation and production facility.

Colliers Project Leaders is currently providing project management services for a 489,000 gsf medical cannabis cultivation and production facility that will be constructed in two phases.

Phase I is designed to be a 325,000 gsf facility that is anticipated to produce 177,000 lbs. per year of dry cannabis at capacity and approximately 50 percent of initial production will be converted into oils and extracts. Phase II is anticipated to add 164,000 gsf of production to the Campus, delivering an additional 100,000 lbs. of medical cannabis per year at capacity.

As project manager, we will review the state of the current project and advise on risks, opportunities, and next steps. The goal is to drive the project towards the key objectives while supporting the Sunniva Executives in the day-to-day management of the project.
