The Ethel Walker School’s Centennial Center

Colliers Project Leaders provided project management services for The Ethel Walker School’s new 62,000 square foot health and fitness center, the Centennial Center. The Centennial Center is an extension of the school’s main academic building, integrating the academic, athletic, artistic, and social dimensions of student life. It features a wellness center, fitness center, eight-lane pool, a double gym, four squash courts, two dance studios, and community gathering spaces throughout.

We provided comprehensive project management services and were directly responsible for facilitating the hiring of the construction manager, maintaining a project financial status report and reviewing it with the Ethel Walker School, monitoring the flow of information to minimize delays in construction, providing an on-site presence during construction, and meeting with the Ethel Walker School administrators to provide status updates of the project.
