The Grandview Luxury Condominium Redevelopment

Redeveloping luxury by Boston Common.

The Grandview is a 62-unit luxury condominium project located on Tremont Street directly across from Boston Common. The project includes 65 below-grade parking spaces, two duplex penthouse units, as well as two street-level retail condominiums. Unit layouts were designed to maximize westerly views of the Boston Common while still providing ample living space.

Colliers Project Leaders was engaged by the RADCO Companies to manage the redevelopment process and oversee the day-to-day development activities. The project involved repairing, completing, and commissioning the building’s systems and façade, a complete interior renovation including the installation of all-new interior finishes and the construction of new unit layouts, and the development of new common areas (including a roof deck) and a new lobby.
