Promenade at the Foundry Rehabilitation

The Promenade at the Foundry is a 220-unit luxury loft-style apartment project located in the heart of downtown Providence, directly across from the Providence Place Mall. The project was a historically certified rehabilitation of three contiguous buildings formerly part of the Brown & Sharpe complex.

As a historically certified rehabilitation project, the Foundry received both federal and state historic tax credits.

As the project’s overall Development Manager, Colliers Project Leaders Development & Consulting Services provided an integrated package of project management services for the client. Colliers was responsible for the coordination of the project’s design and permitting and the oversight of the construction of the project, budget, schedule, changes, and requisitions.
